Booking & Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best service for all clients, please take note of the following:
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, I reserve the right to require a deposit for future bookings.
• Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice (No-Show) may result in future bookings being refused or requiring full payment in advance.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation of the appointment, depending on availability.
• Any deposits paid are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
